About the role

Drom Clinic is a premium private aesthetic and medical clinic in Chelsea, London. We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Aesthetician to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in advanced skin treatments and hands-on proficiency with medical-grade aesthetic machines. You will work within a CQC-registered environment, delivering personalised treatments to a discerning clientele.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform advanced skin treatments including HydraFacial, laser therapy, EMS, and radiofrequency
  • Deliver bespoke facial and skin therapy sessions tailored to each client's skin profile
  • Conduct thorough client consultations and skin assessments prior to treatment
  • Develop personalised treatment plans and recommend appropriate skincare regimens
  • Operate medical-grade aesthetic machines safely per manufacturer and clinical guidelines
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client treatment records
  • Provide comprehensive pre- and post-treatment care advice
  • Adhere to all CQC, infection control, and health & safety protocols at all times

Requirements and qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in medical aesthetics or an advanced clinical setting
  • NVQ / SVQ Level 4 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent (minimum requirement)
  • Level 4 Laser / IPL qualification (essential)
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (essential)
  • Proven hands-on experience with HydraFacial, laser devices, EMS, and RF equipment
  • Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, conditions, and advanced treatment protocols
  • Experience in a CQC-regulated or clinical environment is advantageous
  • Sound understanding of infection prevention and control procedures
  • Client-focused with excellent consultation and communication skills
  • Valid DBS check required prior to commencement

Equipment proficiency expected

  • HydraFacial · Laser (diode, Nd:YAG or similar) · EMS / Body sculpting devices
