Earning Potential

Our London-based doctors currently earn between £10,000–£20,000 per month from Endolift commissions alone. As we prepare to become one of the first clinics in Scotland to offer this innovative procedure, we anticipate significant demand and exceptional earning potential for the successful Glasgow-based candidate, with the opportunity to exceed current London commission levels.

About Us

We are a leading cosmetic clinic based in London, committed to delivering exceptional non-surgical cosmetic treatments with outstanding patient care and clinical excellence. Following our continued success and growing demand, we are now expanding into Glasgow as part of an exciting new phase of growth for the business. Our clinic offers a broad range of advanced aesthetic procedures using the latest technologies and evidence-based techniques.

As demand for our services continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Aesthetic Doctor to join our expanding clinical team. The successful candidate will be confident across a wide variety of aesthetic treatments and will play a key role in delivering Endolift procedures, which will form a major focus of this position. We will be the first clinic in Scotland to offer this treatment and you will be part of an exiting new period of exponential growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for a doctor who is passionate about aesthetics, patient outcomes, innovation, and delivering premium client experiences.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive consultations covering the full face, creating bespoke treatment plans, and performing a range of non-surgical aesthetic procedures safely and effectively.

While the doctor should be capable of delivering the full range of treatments offered by our clinic, the primary focus of this role will be Endolift procedures. We will provide training for this treatment and candidates should have a strong interest in being able to carry out and perform this type of treatment.

The ideal candidate will combine strong clinical expertise with excellent communication skills, a patient-centred approach, and a commitment to achieving natural-looking results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform Endolift treatments confidently and independently.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and suitability assessments.
  • Develop personalised treatment plans tailored to patient goals.
  • Deliver high-quality outcomes while prioritising patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Manage pre-treatment preparation, consent processes, and post-treatment aftercare.
  • Handle complications professionally and in accordance with clinical protocols.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and photography documentation.

General Aesthetic Treatments

The successful candidate should be comfortable delivering, or willing to further develop skills in, a broad range of treatments available within the clinic, including but not limited to:

  • Anti-wrinkle injections
  • Dermal fillers
  • Skin boosters
  • Polynucleotides
  • PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma)
  • PRF & Biofiller
  • Microneedling
  • Laser and energy-based treatments
  • Biostimulators including Julaine, Radiesse and Scupltra.
  • Full facial rejuvenation procedures
  • Advanced skin treatments

Patient Care & Consultations

  • Deliver exceptional patient experiences from consultation through to follow-up.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
  • Educate patients thoroughly regarding procedures, risks, expectations, and aftercare.
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism, empathy, and discretion.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and GDPR compliance.

Clinical Standards & Compliance

  • Work within GMC guidelines and professional standards.
  • Ensure adherence to all clinic policies, health and safety standards, and infection control procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
  • Assist in maintaining treatment protocols and best practices.
  • Support clinical audits and quality assurance processes.

Team Collaboration & Business Growth

  • Work collaboratively with the wider clinic team based in Central London.
  • Contribute to the growth and reputation of the clinic.
  • Support marketing initiatives where appropriate, including educational content and social media participation.
  • Social media marketing plays a key role in our growth strategy, so applicants should feel confident and comfortable appearing on camera and engaging with audiences across digital platforms.
  • Stay informed about the latest aesthetic innovations and treatment advancements.

Essential Requirements

  • Fully qualified medical doctor with current GMC registration and licence to practise.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience within aesthetic medicine.
  • Previous surgical experience, particularly within cosmetic or minimally invasive procedures, would be highly advantageous.
  • Strong consultation and patient communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to natural aesthetic outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Professional, personable, and patient-focused approach.
  • Strong understanding of patient safety and complication management.
  • Excellent organisational and record-keeping skills.

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Additional qualifications or certifications in aesthetic medicine.
  • Experience with advanced laser technologies and energy-based devices.
  • Existing client following.
  • Surgical background with experience in liposuction.
  • Experience contributing to clinic growth and patient retention.
  • Interest in training, mentoring, or educational content creation.
  • Familiarity with luxury or high-end patient experience environments.
