- Promote the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence while actively contributing to Emirates' safety culture.
- Collaborate closely with Engineers, Supervisors, Planning teams, and operational stakeholders to ensure efficient maintenance delivery and aircraft availability.
- Support the development, coaching, and performance management of assigned staff where applicable.
- Attend recurrent training and technical development programmes to maintain qualifications, approvals, and regulatory compliance.
What You'll Bring
To be considered for this role, you must have:

- Minimum 10 years of aircraft maintenance engineering experience.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as certifying staff.
- Minimum of two aircraft type approvals, including at least one Emirates fleet type (A380, A350 or B777).
- GCAA, UK CAA, or EASA licence (or eligibility for conversion) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of aviation legislation, regulatory requirements, and aircraft maintenance practices within an international airline environment.
