Purpose and Key responsibilities

  • Operation and maintenance of surface mount screen printer, pick and place machines and reflow oven according to relevant instructions.
  • Visual inspection of PCB assemblies before reflowing.
  • Raise concerns and assist with the investigation of production issues.
  • Assist with continual improvement activities.

  • Able to demonstrate timekeeping skills and work to a flexible schedule.
  • The ability to manage a varied workload and operate with minimal supervision.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Recommended Technical Experience and Qualifications

  • Operation of surface mount PCB assembly equipment. Preferably MYCronic / MYData equipment.
  • Previous experience of using MS office including Teams.
  • Previous experience of working in an electronics manufacturing environment.
  • Previous experience of PCB and electronic assembly.
  • IPC 610 experience or qualification
