Full job description

This is an Electronics Test Technician role based in Willand, Devon.

This is a hands on role of Electronics Test Technician and the successful candidate will enjoy being part of a small manufacturing team and will be expected to work closely with the Production-Co-ordinator in delivering a streamlined workflow. Ideal candidates will be used to an electro-mechanical production environment and be dexterous with an excellent eye for detail. A background in assembly / production / manufacturing is essential. The successful candidate will be expected to follow procedures and will have excellent soldering skills. Experience of use of home workshop type mechanical tools would also be an advantage.

Skills requirement

Candidates will ideally have competence in the following areas: * Hand soldering * PEC assembly * Anti-static handling procedures * Component handling and identification * Wire size and type identification.* Operating machinery for cutting, drilling and sanding.

Qualifications to HNC/HND in Electrical, Electronic disciplines is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
