Field Sales Specialist : Healthcare Water Safety & Infection Control

£55,000 – £70,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (£85,000+ OTE) + Company Car

About the Role

We are a leading European manufacturer of specialised hospital water filtration systems, partnering directly with NHS Trust Estates, Facilities, and Infection Prevention teams to deliver critical water hygiene solutions.

We are seeking a Field Sales Specialist to manage hospital key accounts and drive new business across NHS Trusts. This is a field-based, physical product sales position requiring hands-on technical demonstrations in clinical and hospital environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales cycles directly with NHS Estates & Facilities, Procurement, and IPC teams.
  • Conduct site surveys and present tangible water safety equipment to hospital engineers.
  • Navigate NHS tendering processes and procurement frameworks.
  • Maintain structured territory management across NHS Trusts.

What We Are Looking For

  • Tangible Product Sales Experience: Proven success selling physical equipment, medical devices, building services, or industrial solutions.
  • NHS / Healthcare Network: Prior experience dealing with NHS Trusts, Estates & Facilities, or healthcare procurement.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfort in understanding site mechanics and delivering physical product demonstrations.
  • Full UK Driving Licence: Essential for field travel.
