Full job description

A field sales role with a difference

Since launching in the UK in 2017, LIPOELASTIC LTD has become one of the country's most popular cosmetic surgery suppliers — a brand loved by patients and plastic surgeons alike. Founded in the Czech Republic in 2002, LIPOELASTIC now operates in over 75 countries, with offices in Prague, Berlin, London, Eindhoven, Milan and Vienna, and two more planned in the next two years.

We're a family-run business with family-oriented values, on a mission to help patients recover in comfort and safety.

What you'll be selling

This is a varied, field-based field sales position that goes well beyond a standard rep role. Alongside our market-leading post-surgical compression garments, you'll represent WAL (Water-Assisted Liposuction) & Fat Transfer – the body-jet® by HUMAN MED®, which uses a gentle water jet to remove fat while sparing blood vessels, nerves and surrounding tissue. Argo Plasma skin-tightening device – subdermal argon-plasma and radiofrequency technology that tightens loose skin, typically used alongside liposuction.

Because you'll support these devices, you'll spend time alongside surgeons in the hospital operating theatre — giving you product knowledge and access few sales roles can offer.

The role

We're looking for a target-driven, enthusiastic Field Sales Representative to cover Central London. You'll be the face of our brand to surgeons, clinics and hospitals — maintaining existing accounts, winning new ones, and delivering outstanding customer care. You'll also proactively approach new clients through cold calls and visits.

Your responsibilities:

  • Represent our brand and products across Central London
  • Work towards individual and team sales targets and meet your KPIs
  • Keep our CRM system regularly updated
  • Be the right hand of the Country Manager
  • Support surgeons and theatre teams with our WAL and Argo Plasma devices
  • Provide excellent customer care and quickly solve customer challenges

What we're looking for

  • Based in Central London (essential)
  • A full UK driving licence, type B (essential) and willing to travel
  • Confident, proactive and able to work independently
  • Educated to A level or equivalent, with excellent communication skills
  • Organised, reliable and enthusiastic to learn
  • B2B sales experience (1 year preferred)

What we offer

  • £30,000 – £70,000 per year including bonuses (basic salary plus bonus scheme and performance bonus), depending on experience
  • Company car available
  • Employee discount, company events and sick pay
  • Monday to Friday — no weekends

Pay: £30,000.00-£70,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Additional leave
  • Company car
  • Company pension
  • Employee discount
  • On-site gym
  • Sick pay
  • Work from home

Language:

  • English (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Full UK driving licence (required)

Work authorisation:

  • United Kingdom (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in London
