The Roles
As part of the Graduate Development Scheme, you’ll join a dedicated training programme within your chosen department, gaining hands‑on experience and exposure to real projects from day one.

What We Look For

You will ideally have:
- A degree (2:1 or above) in any discipline
- At least 6–12 months’ work experience (full‑time or part‑time)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail

- The ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
- The ability to commute to our Oldham office
