About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious, high-end private dermatology and aesthetic clinic in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, hands-on individual to join a fast-paced, patient-focused environment delivering exceptional care to a VIP clientele.

This is a varied and dynamic role where no two days are the same. You will work closely with a leading practitioner, supporting consultations, procedures, and ensuring the smooth running of clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing treatment rooms, equipment, and daily patient lists
  • Chaperoning and assisting during consultations and procedures
  • Applying numbing cream ahead of treatments
  • Taking medical photographs and supporting patient records
  • Following up with patients to ensure understanding of treatment plans
  • Assisting with minor surgeries and biopsies when required
  • Supporting stock control and clinical audits
  • Working collaboratively with another assistant across multiple treatment rooms
  • Delivering exceptional patient care, including refreshments and a high level of service
  • Maintaining discretion and professionalism, particularly with high-profile clientele
  • Supporting with basic clinical duties such as blood draws (training can be provided if needed)

About You

  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks and patients simultaneously
  • Calm under pressure in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Professional, discreet, and service-oriented
  • A strong team player with a proactive attitude
  • Comfortable in a hands-on role with clinical exposure
  • Previous clinical or healthcare experience as a nurse or HCA is desirable
