About the role
Looking for a career that's challenging, rewarding and anything but ordinary? Join the Isle of Man Ambulance Service as a Trainee Emergency Care Assistant and start a career that's challenging, rewarding and full of variety. Working on the frontline, you'll support patients in a wide range of situations while training alongside experienced Paramedics and Emergency Medical Technicians. From emergency callouts to community-based care, you'll play a vital role in helping people when they need it most.
Through a fully supported six-month training programme, you'll gain practical experience, emergency response driving skills and the opportunity to progress to a Band 4 Emergency Care Assistant. Every day brings something different and every shift is a chance to make a difference.
If you're resilient, compassionate and looking for a career where you can make a genuine difference every day, this is an opportunity to be part of a close-knit service that sits at the heart of our Island community.
