Recruitment Sales and Research Consultant- Capital Markets Technology Consulting

Salary £30,000K - £40,000 basic based on experience

On Target Earnings: Year 1 £60K, Year 2 £80K, Year 3 £100K

Location: Barnet current location / Q3 Hatfield 2026

Current location Barnet, relocation to new offices Hatfield Sept 2026.

Office-based Monday to Friday - hours 7:30am - 5:30pm. (one hour for lunch)

What you’ll be doing:

·As a Recruitment Sales and Research Consultant you’ll move from headhunting, candidate research across all of our business-line specialisations for 18-24 months, then into client-facing sales with opportunities to manage key accounts. Our structured development plan supports growth from Junior Consultant to Partner, with exposure to international projects and high-profile clients.

· Your learning continues through a competency-based development framework, specialised training projects, and close support as you build your own portfolio of global clients.

· We reward success through merit-based promotions, uncapped commission, regular performance reviews, and the long-term opportunity to become a Partner with access to company stock.

What We’re Looking For:

· Ambitious and driven individuals who work hard, learn fast, and tackle challenges with resilience and thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environments and prioritise collective success.

· Strong intellectual curiosity and a genuine appetite for learning across financial markets, fintech, technology consulting, and sales.

· Strong academic performers (First to 2:1), ideally with a master’s degree.

· Work experience in technical sales, B2B technology, or related fields is a valuable advantage.
