About the role
The Role:
We are looking for a Science Teacher to teach small groups and individual students at our Learning Hubs in South London. Our students are typically not suited to mainstream education due to SEN, medical needs, or SEMH.
What’s in it for you?

- Real career growth (our leadership team started from the ground up)
- Tailored professional development to match your ambitions
- A genuinely supportive, social team culture
- Pension scheme + wellbeing support from our in-house team
- Discounts on gyms, cinema tickets, fashion & more
- School holidays = work-life balance
- A role where you’ll truly change lives
Who we’re looking for
You’ll need:
- An honours degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- Experience delivering high-quality Science lessons, ideally across KS3–KS4.
- Knowledge of current Science curriculum, SEN practices, and alternative pedagogies.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team.
- A creative, flexible, and proactive approach.
Desirable:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Degree or A-level in Science.
- Experience teaching students with behavioural and/or SEN needs.
- Background in a creative, therapeutic, or alternative education setting.
- Ability to teach English, Maths and Science to a foundation GCSE level.
Training & Development
- Full induction day + structured onboarding sessions
- Weekly CPD to keep you growing and thriving
Ready to make an impact?
If you’re excited about transforming education and helping young people rediscover their potential, we’d love to hear from you.
