Join Evolve Dynamics as a UAV Pilot!

Are you passionate about cutting-edge UAV technology and ready to take your piloting skills to the next level? At Evolve Dynamics, we’re on a mission to transform the future of aerial systems, and we’re looking for a skilled UAV Pilot to join our dynamic team based in Farnham.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a UAV Pilot at Evolve Dynamics, you’ll play a key role in:

  • Conducting flight tests for validation and verification
  • Delivering customer training sessions, on UAV operation and safety, within the UK and abroad.
  • Showcasing our products through live demonstrations to clients and stakeholders
  • Supporting trials and operational flights in line with CAA regulations
  • Assisting with UAV build, maintenance, fault finding, and repair

What We’re Looking ForEssential Qualifications

  • CAA General Visual Line of Sight Certificate (GVC)
  • CAA A2 Certificate of Competency (A2 CofC)
  • (Bonus) EASA GVC or equivalent recognised certification
  • Full Driving Licence

Technical Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on experience with CubePilot and PX4 flight controllers
  • Proven ability to fly a range of platforms:
  • Sub-250g quadcopters
  • UAVs up to 25kg MTOM
  • Tethered and untethered systems

Desirable Attributes

  • Strong understanding of aviation safety and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Flexibility to travel for field operations, demos, and trials
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a love for innovation
