Illustrator / Creative Designer (Packaging / Product Design) – Ringwood
Ringwood | Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm | Onsite

Dovetail Recruitment are working with an award-winning business to recruit an Illustrator / Creative Designer with strong product, packaging or 3D design thinking.

This is a highly creative, hands-on role designing physical retail products—not just graphics. You’ll create items that stand out on shelf, from concept through to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design packaging and physical products with strong visual impact
• Sketch and develop new product concepts and formats
• Create artwork, illustrations and 3D visuals
• Take designs from concept to production
• Work with internal teams to refine commercially viable designs
• Prepare print-ready artwork

Skills & Experience

• Illustrator / Creative Designer / Graphic Designer background
• Strong illustration skills (digital and hand-drawn)
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Ability to think in 3D / product form / packaging design
• Driving licence and own transport

Packaging or product design experience is beneficial but not essential.
