Full job description

Creative E-commerce & Product Designer (Profit Share Opportunity)

Location: Stirling City CentreHours: Flexible (Ideal alongside university or another job)Pay: Profit Share / Performance Based (Opportunity to grow into a long-term role)

Looking for a creative person who wants to build something.

I’m looking for someone creative, motivated and entrepreneurial to help build an online personalisation business using professional commercial equipment.

This isn’t a typical job where you’ll simply be given tasks to complete. I’m looking for someone who enjoys coming up with ideas, designing products and helping grow a business. If you’re the type of person who sees opportunities rather than problems, this could be a great fit.

The workshop is already equipped with professional machines including:

  • XTool UV Printer
  • Gravograph LS100 Laser Engraver
  • Focus UV Printer
  • Industrial Embroidery Machine
  • Heat Press & DTF Printing Equipment

Full training will be provided on all equipment, so previous experience with these machines isn’t essential.

What you’ll be doing

  • Researching niche product ideas.
  • Designing personalised products.
  • Creating artwork ready for production.
  • Helping launch products on Etsy, Amazon and other marketplaces.
  • Assisting with Shopify or other e-commerce websites.
  • Creating social media content to promote products.
  • Testing new ideas and identifying profitable opportunities.
  • Working alongside me to grow the business.

Rather than simply following instructions, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of projects and see your ideas become real products.

About you

You don’t need years of experience, but you should have:

  • A creative mindset.
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, Affinity or similar).
  • Good computer skills.
  • A willingness to learn.
  • Motivation and self-discipline.
  • An interest in e-commerce or starting businesses.

It would be a bonus if you have experience with:

  • Etsy
  • Amazon Seller
  • Shopify
  • WordPress
  • Social media marketing
  • Photography or video creation
  • AI design tools
  • Basic website design

Who this would suit

This opportunity would be ideal for:

  • Graphic Design students
  • Digital Media students
  • Marketing students
  • Product Design students
  • Creative graduates
  • Someone looking to build real business experience while earning additional income.

What makes this different?

Instead of working in a typical production role, you’ll be helping create and grow brands from the ground up.

If you’re ambitious, enjoy creating things and would like the opportunity to earn through a profit-share arrangement while developing valuable business skills, I’d love to hear from you.

Please include a short message telling me about yourself and, if possible, examples of any creative work, websites, designs or social media content you’ve produced.

Pay: £25,420.00-£59,154.83 per year

Work Location: In person
