The Role

As a Client Advisor you will play a vital role in shaping the client journey and upholding the reputation of our brand. Acting as the first and final point of contact, you will ensure each client receives a seamless, high-touch, and personalised experience. Working in close collaboration with both the medical and operations teams, your presence will help foster a warm, welcoming environment where clients feel informed, valued, and beautifully cared for throughout every stage of their visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and farewell clients with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail, ensuring a consistently exceptional impression.
• Work closely with the Operational team to deliver a smooth and elevated client experience.
• Perform front-of-house duties including onboarding and client exit procedures in a courteous and polished manner.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold refreshments with elegance and discretion.
• Monitor and replenish product stock levels in client areas, treatment rooms, and the refreshments station.
• Support appointment coordination, print treatment plans, raise invoices, schedule follow-ups, and assist with transport-related queries.
• Provide light, natural makeup application using medical-grade cosmetics, post-consultation or treatment, based on individual client preferences.
• Assist with medical imaging when required.
• Maintain rigorous hygiene and health & safety standards throughout all tasks.
• Ensure makeup tools and products are sanitised and inventoried correctly.
• Actively communicate and collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff to deliver a seamless service.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in customer experience by sharing feedback and suggestions.
• Support additional client service tasks as needed, especially during peak times or staff absences.

Requirements

• Experience in the beauty, aesthetics, or medical industry. Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant is advantageous.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a warm and engaging manner.
• Outstanding attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Proactive and customer-focused with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Able to multitask and prioritise effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Culturally aware with a refined, polished appearance and professional demeanour.
• Confidence and creativity in applying natural, post-treatment makeup looks.
• Flexible and willing to undertake occasional duties outside standard working hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £29,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Medical Aesthetics Industry: 2 years (preferred)
• Private Healthcare : 2 years (preferred)
