Product Manager or Change Manager x2 (UPDATE ON ROLE REQUIREMENTS: NHS EXPERIENCE NO LONGER REQUIRED)

East & North Hertfordshire NHS Trust

£28.87/hr + 25 days paid holiday per year (£4.07/hr) + NHS Professionals pays for your Employer's NI (~£5.62) ==> £38.56/hr

37.5 hours per week

Hybrid working: 3 days per week on site at Lister Hospital SG1 4AJ, 2 days per week working from home

Expected duration is 6 months (with a good possibility of becoming permanent)

Role

We are looking for 2 seasoned Product Manager or seasoned Change Managers to support the implementation of a new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system.

You will work closely with clinical and operational teams to understand current workflows, gather requirements, design future-state processes and ensure the EPR solution supports the needs of services across the Trust.

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Seasoned Product Manager OR a seasoned Change Manager (your CV can lean to either)
  • So will be looking for evidence of experience around such things as Process Mapping, MoSCoW prioritisation, implementing business change, future state gap, Product specialist, etc

The key requirement is that you are a proven Product Management specialist or a Change Management specialist (and can give examples of your work at interview) who be on site in Stevenage for 3 out of the 5 days per week

Desirable

If you have an understanding of clinical and operational workflows within NHS organisations then that is a bonus but this can be learned easily enough (the key requirement is as per the above)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £33.00-£37.00 per hour
