We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Job Coach to join our highly successful Aspire Team based at Torbay Hospital. This is an incredibly rewarding role where you'll support young people with learning difficulties and disabilities to develop independence, gain valuable workplace experience, and move towards sustainable paid employment.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Job Coach, you'll:

  • Build strong relationships with local employers to create meaningful supported internship and work experience opportunities.
  • Support learners to achieve personalised development targets and recognised employability qualifications.
  • Coach learners in real workplace environments, helping them gain confidence, independence, and essential employment skills.
  • Use creative support techniques to help learners learn workplace tasks and routines.
  • Work alongside employers to promote inclusive working practices and support positive workplace experiences.
  • Encourage learners to explore the social, financial, and personal benefits of employment.
  • Help learners transition successfully into paid employment and greater independence.
  • Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and celebrate every achievement along the way.
