Full job description

Essential Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility and willingness to work outside standard business hours when required to support bid submission deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the wider team by undertaking a range of administrative and operational tasks.
- Maintain and update contract records within the Sirion Contract Management Tool, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in identifying and addressing issues and gaps within subcontract documentation and processes to improve compliance and contract management.
- Provide general support to the team as required to ensure the effective delivery of contract and bid-related activities.
