About the role

You will be working as part of a clinic team delivering a best in class preventative health service. This role is the key role in the clinic, delivering a high end, premium experience that the member will remember and want to tell their friends about. During the appointment, you will be the face of the clinic, greeting the member and taking them through their new journey with us. You will conduct a comprehensive health assessment and record every data point accurately and consistently, with genuine warmth, and hand a clean record to the doctor. You do not interpret results, and you do not deliver treatment; your job is to make the data reliable and the visit a world class experience.

What you’ll be doing

• Own the members first appointment end to end ensuring the experience is 5-star.
• Ensure all results are captured and recorded accurately.
• Keep utilisation at its standard without making the member feel rushed.
• Maintain equipment: daily QA checks, calibration logs, escalate faults immediately and switch to backup kit so the day never stops.
• Cover front of house on rotation: phones, arrivals, the waitlist, and rebooking conversations to the agreed standard.
• Follow infection control, safeguarding, chaperone and consent procedures without exception.

Requirements

Essential

• Competent, current phlebotomist. There is no trainee band: you must arrive able to take blood well.
• Experience as a healthcare assistant, phlebotomist or equivalent in a clinical setting (private screening, NHS Band 3 to 4, private clinic).
• Comfortable with technology and structured protocols.
• Genuinely member service-minded: warm, unflappable, precise. You will be the first and last person every member meets.
• Adaptable and resilient with the ability to multitask.

Desirable

• Experience in five-star hospitality or premium consumer health.
• Knowledge and passion for preventative health and wellness.
• Second language.
