About Us
At the Cadogan Clinic, we are the UK's leading cosmetic surgery hospital, renowned for clinical excellence, patient safety, and exceptional care.
Founded by world-renowned plastic surgeon Mr Bryan Mayou—who introduced liposuction to the UK—the Clinic has become the trusted choice for more than 20,000 patients every year. Rated "Outstanding" for Leadership by the CQC, and with thousands of five-star reviews across Trustpilot and Google, our reputation is built on delivering exceptional outcomes and an unrivalled patient experience.
Working alongside some of the UK's leading plastic surgeons and dermatologists, our team is committed to setting the benchmark for premium cosmetic healthcare.
As our Clinic continues to grow, we're looking for a Patient Liaison Manager who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient experiences and building trusted relationships with both patients and consultants.
The Role
As a Patient Liaison Manager, you'll be the welcoming face of the Clinic, supporting patients throughout their journey while working closely with our consultants, nursing team and Patient Advisors.
A key part of the role will be supporting patients in making informed decisions, proactively following up consultations and enquiries, and helping to convert suitable patient opportunities into treatment.
You'll build trusted relationships, enhance the patient experience and help patients feel informed and confident throughout their consultations and treatment journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and support patients attending consultations and surgery.
- Conduct pre- and post-consultation conversations to understand patient needs and concerns.
- Capture consultant feedback and patient insights following appointments.
- Support patients in progressing confidently to surgery.
- Confidently discuss treatment options, pricing, next steps and practical considerations with patients in a professional and sensitive manner.
- Act as the key liaison between consultants and the Patient Advisory team.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Pabau.
- Deliver a premium, personalised experience at every stage of the patient journey.
What We're Looking For
- Experience within cosmetic surgery or private healthcare.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A professional, empathetic and patient-focused approach.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Commercial awareness and confidence supporting patient decision-making.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Why Join Us?
- Industry Leadership: Join one of the UK's most respected cosmetic surgery hospitals.
- Meaningful Impact: Help patients through life-changing decisions while delivering an exceptional experience.
- Career Development: Grow your career within an ambitious and expanding organisation, with opportunities to broaden your responsibilities as the Clinic continues to evolve.
- Collaborative Culture: Become part of a supportive, experienced team that values professionalism, compassion and continuous improvement.
- Prestigious Location: Work in the heart of Chelsea alongside some of the UK's leading cosmetic surgeons.
Perks and Benefits
- Competitive salary plus performance bonus.
- Pension scheme via NEST.
- Wellbeing programme.
- Cycle to Work scheme.
- Staff discounts on treatments and products (post-probation).
- Healthy refreshments provided in clinic.
- Regular team lunches and social events.
- Employee referral bonus scheme.
- Long-service recognition.
- Ongoing professional development and training.
Learning and Development
- Comprehensive induction and onboarding programme.
- Ongoing mentoring from experienced leaders and consultants.
- Continuous training in patient experience, communication and cosmetic surgery pathways.
- Opportunities to develop leadership skills and progress your career within the Cadogan Clinic as the business continues to grow.
Ready to Make an Impact?
If you're passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences, building lasting relationships and contributing to the continued success of one of the UK's leading cosmetic surgery hospitals, we'd love to hear from you.
