The Role:

We are seeking motivated Field Sales Agents, Industry Connectors, and Dental Professionals (Dental Nurses, Receptionists, Practice Managers, or Medical Sales Reps) to introduce our locum agency platform to local dental practice managers.

This is a highly flexible, target-free role. Whether you want to visit practices in person, leverage existing relationships in the dental sector, or make introductions alongside your current work, you have total control over your schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Introduce Evergreen’s locum booking platform to local NHS and private dental practices.
• Explain the benefits of our instant shift booking system and automated compliance engine.
• Gather practice contact details and guide Practice Managers through setting up their account.
• Follow up with onboarded practices to encourage ongoing locum bookings.

What We Are Looking For:

• Dental or Medical Environment Experience: Experience working in a dental practice (e.g., Dental Nurse, Receptionist, Practice Admin, Practice Manager) OR a background in B2B / Field Sales / Recruitment.
• Local Connections: Comfort speaking with local Practice Managers and clinical staff.
• Self-Motivated & Flexible: Ability to manage your own hours, route, and working pattern.
• Strong Communication: A friendly, clear, and professional approach.
