Overview:

Lura Care is a domicilliary dental care service provider, our goal is to provide dental care to patients who do not have access to a dental practice.
We use state of the art portable dental equipment to provide our services at the residents of our patients.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated dentist to join our dental team.

You will work alongside our experienced team to provide high-quality private dental care to our patients. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist looking to grow their career working in a care home setting with state of the art equipment and technology, providing general dental care to the elderly.

Duties:

- Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning

- Administer local anesthesia and perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions and dentures

- Conduct routine dental cleanings and preventive treatments

- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure optimal patient care

- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care

- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

- Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry and attend continuing education courses

Experience:

- Valid GDC registration

- Proficiency in medical imaging techniques and interpretation

- Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, oral health, and diseases

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients

- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
