Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance initiatives. In this vital role, you will oversee all aspects of quality management, ensuring our services meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and excellence. Your expertise will help us maintain our reputation for delivering exceptional healthcare experiences while fostering continuous improvement across our clinics.

Duties

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality assurance programs aligned with healthcare regulations and industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), safety protocols, and quality standards.
  • Analyze data from audits, patient feedback, and incident reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure adherence to quality policies and support ongoing staff training on quality assurance procedures.
  • Lead investigations into any quality-related issues or adverse events, documenting findings and recommending solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of inspections, audits, corrective actions, and compliance documentation for regulatory review.
  • Stay updated on evolving healthcare regulations and incorporate relevant changes into the organization’s quality management system.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in healthcare quality assurance or management roles within clinical settings.
  • Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of HACCP principles and their application within healthcare or related industries.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively train staff and report findings to leadership.
  • Ability to lead audits, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives confidently.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards governing patient safety and quality assurance.
  • Certification in quality management or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
