The clinic offers advanced diagnostic services such as CT scans, MRI, X-ray, and Ultrasound, providing comprehensive healthcare solutions to the community.

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Operations Officer (COO) to lead our healthcare facility’s operational functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong management and leadership skills, with a proven track record in supervising teams and optimizing organizational performance. As COO, you will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to support the clinic’s growth and excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the clinic’s goals to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Supervise departmental managers and staff, providing leadership, mentorship, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team environment.
  • Oversee clinical and administrative operations to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
  • Manage resource allocation, including staffing, equipment maintenance, and supply chain logistics to optimize workflow.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals to improve patient care processes and streamline clinical procedures.
  • Monitor financial performance through budget management, cost control measures, and revenue optimization initiatives.
  • Lead quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of patient safety, service delivery, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Proven supervisory experience within healthcare or related industries with demonstrated management capabilities.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and drive organizational success.
  • Extensive management experience in overseeing complex operational functions in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a focus on process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
  • Effective communication skills for engaging with staff, medical professionals, patients, and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements is essential.
  • A degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
