We are looking for someone who is inquisitive in nature, possesses strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail to join our growing market research and insights team in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

The role can be split between working from home and at our offices.

You can either have market research experience or be completely new to the industry. You can be a graduate or have A-Levels (112+ UCAS points) as long as you have the right attitude, the skills we need and have graduated within the last couple of years, we want to hear from you.

The successful applicant will work across the agency's two brands, ensuring a mix of clients and sectors as you progress your career:

• Red Brick Research (www.redbrickresearch.co.uk) is an innovative full-service agency brand specialising in youth research and working with some of the UK’s biggest brands across Education, Healthcare, Technology and Third Sector. Our largest clients are universities from across the UK. We are very likely to have worked with yours.
• Research by Design (www.researchbydesign.com) is the market leader in research and consultancy with professional organisations. It works with some of the largest and most visible professional bodies in the UK including the British Medical Association, the Royal College of Nurses and the Royal Society of Chemistry, providing insights that support their lobbying, media and member engagement work.

Based near the centre of Tunbridge Wells’, this is a unique opportunity to join a research group with a boutique agency ethos. We are proud of our close-knit feel, supportive working culture and fabulous clients.

You would be working with a young, collaborative team where many of our researchers started out as graduates themselves and have grown their careers with us.

Typical projects employ multiple methodologies ranging from traditional focus groups through to multi-national online surveys, depth interviewing, digital ethnography and social media research.

Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
