Overview

We are a Lexcel accredited practice with offices in Central London, Southwest London and Ilford-Essex. Awarded legal 500 status for its excellence in a wide range of legal services.

An exciting opportunity has just become available for an experienced Personal Injury/Medical Negligence Solicitor to join us at our office in Ilford-Essex.

The position is offered on a full-time permanent basis. The candidate must be a Solicitor with a minimum of 2 year PQE.

The successful candidate will specialise in handling complex personal injury and medical negligence cases, providing expert legal advice and representation to clients.

The ideal applicant will possess strong negotiation skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service.

Duties

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury and medical negligence claims from inception through to resolution.
  • Conduct thorough case assessments, including gathering evidence, reviewing medical records, and liaising with experts.
  • Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence in accordance with legal standards.
  • Negotiate settlements effectively on behalf of clients, aiming for the best possible outcomes.
  • Provide clear legal advice to clients regarding their rights, options, and potential outcomes of their cases.
  • Represent clients at settlement negotiations, mediations, and court hearings as required.
  • Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with all relevant legal procedures and deadlines.
  • Stay informed of developments in personal injury and medical negligence law to ensure advice remains current and accurate.

Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE with relevant experience specialising in personal injury and medical negligence law.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex legal issues clearly.

Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 depending on experience

Experience: Minimum 2 years PQE

Working Pattern: Fully Onsite, Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 6:00pm

Pay: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
