Clinic Manager Prestigious Private Clinic | Central London

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly personable Clinic Manager to join a prestigious private clinic in Central London.

This is a senior position within the clinic, suited to an individual who combines exceptional people-management skills with a genuine passion for delivering an outstanding patient experience.

Working closely with the senior leadership team and clinical staff, the Clinic Manager will play a key role in maintaining the exceptionally high standards of the clinic, supporting the team and ensuring that patients receive a seamless, professional and highly personalised experience at every stage of their journey.

The successful candidate will be confident, polished and hands-on, with the ability to lead a team while maintaining a strong presence within the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate and support the clinic team, fostering a positive and high-performing culture.
  • Ensure consistently high standards of professionalism, service and presentation across the clinic.
  • Take responsibility for the overall patient/client experience and ensure every interaction reflects the standards of a premium private healthcare environment.
  • Build strong relationships with clinicians, patients, staff and senior management.
  • Act as a senior point of contact for patient queries, concerns and escalations, ensuring these are handled with discretion and professionalism.
  • Oversee staff performance, development and engagement, working closely with senior management where appropriate.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, training and development of the clinic team.
  • Monitor standards across the clinic and identify opportunities to enhance the patient experience and team performance.
  • Work collaboratively with the Operations Manager and wider leadership team to ensure the clinic functions smoothly and effectively.
  • Support the implementation of policies, procedures and initiatives designed to maintain exceptional standards.
  • Maintain a strong awareness of clinic presentation, cleanliness, confidentiality and overall environment.
  • Assist with monitoring relevant clinic performance indicators and contribute to achieving wider business objectives.
  • Ensure the clinic consistently reflects a premium, discreet and highly professional environment.
  • Take a proactive approach to identifying issues and finding practical solutions.
  • Represent the clinic with professionalism, discretion and integrity at all times.

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience as a Clinic Manager, Practice Manager, Patient Experience Manager, or similar, preferably within a premium private healthcare, medical, aesthetic, wellness or luxury service environment.
