We’re on the hunt for a talented and enthusiastic Treatment Coordinator! We’re excited to offer an amazing opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team at our brand new practice in Hampstead!

This role is ideal for someone with experience in a similar position and a genuine passion for working in the dental field. We’re looking for someone who is confident, organised, and enjoys being involved in all aspects of patient care and front-of-house coordination.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the friendly, face-to-face liaison for our patients, making them feel right at home!
  • Guide new patients through all their treatment options, helping them make informed decisions.
  • Assist our dentists in treatment planning and ensure every patient has a smooth journey.
  • Work closely with our multidisciplinary team and practice manager to deliver top-notch care.
  • Keep our patient database organized and make sure communications run like clockwork.
  • Always be on the lookout for ways to improve how we do things and make our patient experience even better!

Position Details:

  • Full-time, permanent position (40 hours/week).
  • You’ll work 5 days a week, including 2 Saturdays per month and 2 days working from home per month(after probation)
  • Candidates must have weekend availability and dental experience – these are non-negotiable.
