The Opportunity

As the senior executive responsible for all Bermuda operations, you will oversee the performance, growth, and strategic alignment of multiple business units while leading a team of experienced leaders across healthcare, diagnostics, wellness, property management, finance, HR, marketing, and technology.

Reporting directly to the Chairman & Group CEO, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence, financial performance, organizational growth, and a culture of accountability and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Leadership

You will:

  • Lead all Bermuda operations as an integrated operating group.
  • Execute the strategic direction established by the Board and Group CEO.
  • Translate business strategy into measurable operational results.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, service excellence, and innovation.
  • Drive continuous improvement across all business units.

Financial & Commercial Leadership

You will have full responsibility for Bermuda's business performance, including:

  • Revenue growth
  • Profitability and EBITDA
  • Cash flow management
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Cost optimization
  • Capital expenditure planning
  • Financial governance and risk management

Operational Excellence

Provide executive oversight across:

Northshore Medical & Aesthetics

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a senior executive leadership role.
  • Demonstrated accountability for full P&L management.
  • Experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary organizations.
  • Proven success managing multiple business units simultaneously.
  • Strong commercial, operational, and financial acumen.
  • Experience leading organizational transformation and change initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA, MHA, MSc Management, or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
  • Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, laboratory services, medical technology, or other regulated industries.
  • Experience leading organizations through periods of rapid growth.
  • Exposure to AI, automation, digital transformation, and business intelligence platforms.
