Part-Time Receptionist – Private Medical Clinic (Chelsea, London)

Job start : 1st July 2026

Immediate Start | Minimum 18 Hours per Week | Weekend work involved

We are a well-established, high-end private medical clinic based in Chelsea, offering a range of clinical and wellness services. We are seeking a professional, highly organised, and personable Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis.

This is a client-facing role at the front line of the clinic, requiring someone who can deliver an exceptional patient experience while maintaining outstanding administrative standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming patients and visitors in a warm, professional manner
  • Managing appointments, bookings, and clinic schedules
  • Handling phone, email, and in-person enquiries efficiently
  • Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting day-to-day clinic operations and administrative tasks
  • Coordinating with clinicians and team members to ensure smooth patient flow

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience in a reception or front-of-house role (ideally within healthcare, wellness, or a premium service environment)
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • Strong computer literacy (booking systems, email, general IT use)
  • Professional appearance and communication style
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Calm, efficient, and solution-focused under pressure

Desirable (But Not Essential) Skills

We particularly welcome candidates who can bring additional value, such as:

  • Business development or sales experience
