Are you ready to bring your passion for patient care and managerial expertise to a boutique clinic in the heart of Fulham? We’re looking for a part time, enthusiastic receptionist to join our fabulous team and help us deliver a 5-star patient experience in the ever-evolving aesthetic industry.

About the Role:

As receptionist, you’ll be the face of our clinic, managing front-of-house operations and ensuring every patient receives an exceptional experience. You’ll handle patient bookings, oversee room allocations, and manage our practitioners' schedules, all while maintaining our high standards of service. Your role will also involve facilities and buildings management, complaint resolution, and overseeing our IT and phone systems to ensure seamless clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver 5-star patient service from the moment they walk through the door.
  • Manage front-of-house, creating a welcoming and efficient environment.
  • Oversee patient bookings, room allocation, and practitioners’ diaries for smooth scheduling.
  • Coordinate building and facilities management to maintain our clinic standards.
  • Handle patient complaints professionally and proactively.
  • Oversee IT and phone systems to support patient communication and clinic operations.
