Are you passionate about making a difference in young lives? MAT Recruitment is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Physics Teacher to join an innovative and supportive school community in Abu Dhabi. This permanent, full-time position starts in August and is ideal for UK educators eager to inspire excellence in Science.

Please note for this role, relocation to Abu Dhabi is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that meet the needs of all learners
  • Set clear learning objectives and assess student progress regularly to ensure high levels of achievement
  • Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and mutual respect
  • Differentiate teaching approaches to support students with varying abilities, needs, and backgrounds
  • Use assessment data to inform planning, track progress, and provide constructive feedback to students and parents/carers
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school through enrichment activities, clubs, or pastoral responsibilities
  • Collaborate with colleagues and senior leaders to share best practice and continually improve teaching and learning
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour, safeguarding, and professionalism in line with school policies and statutory guidance

About You:

  • PGCE (Essential)/Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant degree
  • Proven track record of raising attainment and engaging learners
  • Strong subject knowledge and understanding of current pedagogy
  • Commitment to professional development and inclusive practice
  • Experience & knowledge of GCSE Curriculum
