Enable Works is looking for a responsible and reliable Occupational Health Nurse to work on an Associate basis.

Duties will include:

- Delivering Occupational Health Services to a wide range of clients, onsite OH provision and ad hoc OH.

- Conducting Occupational Health Assessments and writing the reports for employees to the Enable Works standard and in a timely manner
- Conducting Health Surveillance including biological monitoring, Safety Critical Medicals and Pre Employment Screenings for employees

- Supporting a company's Occupational Health and Safety Department
- Conducting ergonomic evaluations and job demands analysis's to inform and provide recommendations for injury prevention
- Maintaining accurate and confidential medical records

Qualifications:
- Valid UK nursing qualification, phlebotomy trained
- Experience in occupational health nursing
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and occupational health principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Proficient in using electronic medical record systems
- Enhanced DBS

- NMC Registered

As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in promoting and supporting the health and wellbeing of employees in the workplace. You will be responsible for providing direct patient care, conducting health screening, management referrals and health surveillance, administering vaccinations, blood and urine tests and educating employees on health and safety practices. Your expertise in anatomy and occupational health principles will be essential in preventing workplace injuries and promoting a safe work environment.

Experience using Medical Management Software is essential (Orchid Live/Meddbase).
