The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Clinic Manager to lead our Belfast clinic. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of all aspects of clinic operations, people performance, patient outcomes, and regulatory compliance, playing a vital role in developing this clinic.

You will be looking after one relatively small clinic with patients attending one at a time that have all been prebooked and confirmed. The team is small, potentially managing only two staff members.

As the Registered Manager with RQIA, you will lead the delivery of high standards in clinical quality, patient experience and operational performance. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring outstanding organisational and people management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining our commitment to safe, effective and caring services. You must be comfortable in preparing for, and delivering, a high-quality RQIA inspection.

What you’ll need

Previous experience in a healthcare management role, with prior registration as an RQIA Registered Manager. You will have proven ability to lead and develop teams in a clinical setting and strong understanding of quality governance, patient safety, and regulatory compliance. Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work autonomously. A genuine passion for delivering a first-class patient and colleague experience. Occasional travel across the UK.
