Practice Manager – Dual Site

Quality Dental | Crawley & Coulsdon

Quality Dental is looking for a positive, energetic and experienced Practice Manager to join our team and lead our two established private dental practices in Crawley and Old Coulsdon.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Practice Manager to take responsibility across two fantastic practices: our 4-surgery practice in Coulsdon and 2-surgery practice in Crawley.

Both practices are well established and situated in excellent locations, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality patient care and creating a positive environment for our teams.

We are looking for someone who is confident in practice management, enjoys working with people and has the drive to support the continued growth and success of both practices.

The Role

As Practice Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of both practices, working closely with the clinical and support teams to ensure we maintain excellent standards of patient care, compliance and operational performance.

You will be responsible for supporting and developing our teams, managing practice performance and costs, maintaining regulatory standards and ensuring both practices operate efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 1 year’s experience within the dental industry, ideally in a practice management or senior role
  • Proven experience in dental practice management and day-to-day operations
  • Strong financial and commercial awareness, with the ability to monitor and manage costs effectively
  • Excellent people management and leadership skills
  • A good understanding of HR regulations, policies and procedures
  • Knowledge and understanding of CQC requirements and compliance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to communicate effectively with both patients and team members
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Good IT skills, including experience with SOE, Microsoft Word and Excel
  • The ability to work confidently across two sites and manage competing priorities

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Positive, energetic and forward-thinking
  • A confident leader who can motivate and develop a team
  • Calm, approachable and professional, even in a busy environment
  • Highly organised, proactive and solution-focused
  • Commercially aware and results-driven
  • Well presented, articulate and confident when dealing with patients and colleagues
  • Passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience
  • Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to make a genuine difference to the practices they manage

What We Offer!

At Quality Dental, we believe in investing in our people and supporting their professional development.

You will benefit from:

  • Full support for ongoing training and professional development
  • Access to CPD opportunities
  • GDC fees paid, where applicable
  • Professional indemnity paid, where applicable
  • Free Dentinal CPD
  • Funding, development and training grants available for relevant courses
  • Free Employee Assistance Programme
  • A supportive environment where team members are encouraged to grow, develop and progress their careers
