We are a growing, patient-centred dental group looking for an experienced and driven Dual Site Dental Practice Manager to oversee operations across our practice based in Whetstone and Hatch End in North London. What you'll do

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across the site
  • Lead, motivate and develop reception and admin teams
  • Monitor site KPIs, occupancy and performance daily
  • Ensure CQC compliance and regulatory standards are met
  • Manage patient experience and handle escalations
  • Coordinate with dentists and other clinical staff
  • Oversee private appointment scheduling
  • Manage supplier relationships and procurement
  • Update relevant systems to ensure oversight
  • Support senior management in developing practice

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience managing a dental practice
  • Knowledge of income generating strategies
  • Enthusiastic about growing private revenue
  • Strong leadership with a hands-on approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident using practice management software (e.g. Dentally, SOE)
  • Willingness to travel between practice locations and to meetings and trainings
  • CQC awareness and compliance experience
  • Organised, proactive and solutions-focused

Hours: 42.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday - Saturday, Flexible shift pattern

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £32,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
