Overview

Luxury aesthetics and wellness clinic located near Great Portland Street in Central London. We offer a wide range of advanced face and body treatments, including medical aesthetics, skin treatments, laser and energy-based procedures and body-contouring treatments.

We are looking for an experienced, commercially focused Aesthetic Clinic Manager to oversee the clinic’s daily operations, lead and develop the team and maintain an exceptional standard of client care. The successful candidate will take responsibility for team performance, client experience, revenue targets, financial control, compliance and the smooth running of the clinic.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is highly organised, confident managing people and comfortable making decisions in a busy clinic environment. You will work closely with the clinic directors, doctors, aestheticians and front-of-house team to improve performance, maintain high operational standards and support the continued growth of the clinic.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the clinic and ensure all departments run efficiently.
  • Lead, support and supervise the front-of-house, aesthetician and practitioner teams.
  • Prepare staff rotas and manage attendance, punctuality, annual leave and sickness.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, one-to-ones, training sessions and performance reviews.
  • Monitor individual and clinic-wide targets, including revenue, rebooking, consultation conversion, package sales and retail sales.
  • Support the team in achieving commercial targets without compromising the quality of client care.
  • Maintain a consistently high standard throughout the full client journey, from initial enquiry to consultation, treatment and aftercare.
  • Handle client concerns and complaints professionally, fairly and promptly.
  • Oversee appointment scheduling, diary utilisation, practitioner availability and treatment-room efficiency.
  • Ensure reception standards, telephone communication, email correspondence and client follow-ups are handled correctly.
  • Monitor stock levels, place orders and maintain accurate product and consumable records.
  • Ensure treatment protocols, consultation procedures, consent forms, patch-testing requirements and aftercare processes are followed.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with confidentiality and data-protection requirements.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new employees.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, external practitioners and service providers.
  • Review clinic reports and use the information to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist with promotions, events, treatment launches, client-retention campaigns and other clinic initiatives.
  • Ensure the clinic remains clean, presentable, fully operational and ready for clients at all times.
  • Escalate clinical matters appropriately and ensure that no employee works outside their qualifications or scope of practice.

Qualifications

  • At least three years’ management or assistant-management experience within an aesthetics clinic, beauty clinic, cosmetic surgery clinic, private medical clinic, luxury spa or similarly client-focused environment.
  • Applicants must hold a recognised Level 3 beauty qualification and relevant Level 4 laser/IPL or advanced aesthetics qualifications. Applicants should provide details of the treatments they are currently qualified and perform.

Desirable Experience

  • Previous experience managing a premium or luxury aesthetics clinic.
  • Knowledge of treatments such as injectables, laser, IPL, radiofrequency, HIFU, microneedling, skin treatments and body contouring.
  • Experience using Zenoti or a similar clinic-management system.
  • Experience launching new treatments or devices.
  • Knowledge of clinic marketing, lead management and consultation conversion.
  • Experience managing stock, suppliers, invoices and treatment consumables.
  • Experience supporting HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, probation reviews and performance management.
  • A recognised beauty, laser or aesthetics qualification.
  • Proven experience managing a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong understanding of the client journey within the aesthetics, beauty or private healthcare industry.
  • Experience working with revenue targets, sales conversion, rebooking and client retention.
  • Experience managing staff rotas, attendance, performance and workplace standards.
  • Confident handling complaints and difficult client situations.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to manage several priorities at once.
  • Confident using booking, CRM, point-of-sale and reporting systems.
  • Professional appearance and communication style.
  • Comfortable working in a commercial environment where performance is measured.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.

Join us to make a meaningful impact by leading an innovative aesthetic clinic where excellence meets enthusiasm!
