Bright Stars Nursery – Frome
Bright Stars Nursery Frome is looking for a passionate and dedicated level 3 SEN Educator to join our warm and welcoming team.

The Role
As an SEN Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting children with special educational needs through tailored learning experiences, working closely with colleagues, families, and external professionals to ensure every child achieves their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to children with special educational needs on a one-to-one and small group basis.
- Deliver inclusive, engaging learning experiences tailored to each child's individual needs.
- Implement and support individual learning plans.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress, contributing to their ongoing development.
- Build positive and professional relationships with children, parents, carers, and external agencies.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment that promotes confidence and independence.
- Work collaboratively with the nursery team to ensure the highest standards of care and education.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies and procedures at all times.

- Experience supporting children with special educational needs is essential.
- A relevant childcare qualification (Level 2, Level 3 or equivalent) is preferred.
- A good understanding of inclusive practice and child development.
- A patient, caring, and proactive approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A genuine passion for supporting every child to achieve their potential.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
