The Role

Due to significant business growth, PAM Physio Solutions is looking to welcome an experienced and motivated MSK Outpatients Physiotherapist who is keen to enhance their clinical skills and develop specialist expertise within the niche and rewarding field of Occupational Health Physiotherapy.

This role includes clinic‑based work and offers a varied caseload involving acute, chronic and complex MSK presentations. You will work as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team delivering:

Specialist MSK rehabilitation

Ergonomic assessments

Case management

Onsite training and education programmes

Previous experience in occupational health is desirable but not essential, as full training, mentorship and ongoing professional development will be provided. Physiotherapists who are keen to develop, progress and take on a new professional challenge will thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Work autonomously as an MSK clinician managing a varied outpatient caseload

Deliver comprehensive MSK assessments using appropriate clinical techniques

Apply strong clinical reasoning to diagnose patient problems

Provide evidence‑based treatment in line with CSP, HCPC and NICE guidelines and PAM treatment pathways

Deliver individualised rehabilitation programmes and group exercise/education sessions

Set treatment goals and support patients to achieve positive outcomes

Maintain accurate, high‑quality clinical records in line with CSP standards and client SLAs

Provide hands‑on physiotherapy interventions and functional assessments

Liaise with managers and stakeholders to provide treatment updates and return‑to‑work recommendations

About You

A strong interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy

Driving License - Essential and access to a vehicle

Hold the right to work in the UK

HCPC and CSP registered

Ideally 2 years’ experience in MSK outpatient or private practice

Previous OH experience desirable but not essential (full training and mentoring provided)

Confident using IT systems and online physiotherapy platforms

An effective communicator with excellent listening, empathy and engagement skills
