Full job description

We are an established private medical clinic in London providing high-quality patient-centred care.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Practice Nurse to join our growing clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys delivering outstanding patient care in a modern private healthcare environment with excellent working conditions and a strong focus on quality.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work alongside our GPs and wider clinical team, delivering a range of nursing services including:

  • Health assessments and screening
  • Vaccinations and immunisations
  • Travel health consultations
  • Phlebotomy
  • Health promotion and preventative care
  • Supporting executive health assessments
  • Facial aesthetic tratments
  • Offshore and occupational health medicine

Requirements

Essential:

  • Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
  • Nursing qualification obtained in the UK or substantial post-registration experience within UK healthcare settings
  • Previous experience working within UK primary care, general practice, community nursing, outpatient services, private healthcare or similar settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, compassionate and patient-focused approach
  • We are looking for full time applicants that can work Monday-Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday mornings 9am-1pm. Please forward your CV with a covering letter showing your interest and explaining why you are keen to work with us.

Desirable:

  • Experience in a GP practice or private clinic
  • Travel health experience
  • Immunisation and vaccination training
