We are seeking a Production Operative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has previously worked in a fast-paced environment where precision, craftsmanship, and teamwork are key.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Upholster and assemble a variety of seating products and accessories to a high standard. Full training will be given to the right candidate.
  • Maintain excellent working practices with a strong focus on health & safety and product quality.
  • Perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Uphold cleanliness and safety protocols in the workplace.
  • Have a flexible approach to occasional over time requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Willingness to learn and opportunities to progress in our business
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Reliable with excellent attendance and timekeeping.
  • Positive, professional attitude with a willingness to contribute to team success.
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
  • Familiarity with PPE and safety procedures.
  • Driving licence preferred due to site location.
