Join us at Communitas Clinics as a Services Manager, where you’ll play a pivotal role in managing the operational, financial, and performance aspects of our NHS community contracts. This is your chance to lead with strategic vision, drive service excellence, and collaborate with a passionate team dedicated to delivering top-notch patient care.

About the Role:

As our Services Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of ENT and Dermatology services, ensuring they run smoothly, efficiently, and profitably. Your responsibilities will span from service delivery and financial management to stakeholder engagement and team leadership. You will be instrumental in optimising patient experiences and ensuring compliance with NHS standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Services Delivery: Lead the delivery of ENT and Dermatology services, ensuring high-quality patient care and optimal service performance.
  • Financial Management: Own the P&L, manage budgets, and collaborate with the Finance department to ensure profitability.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, commissioners, and other stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction, manage teams, and promote a positive work environment.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, monitor patient waitlists, and implement improvements to meet service standards.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, NHS guidelines, and maintain accurate documentation for audits.

What We’re Looking For:

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Analytical skills for performance monitoring and service improvements.
  • Proficiency in healthcare systems and data analysis tools.
  • Proven experience in managing healthcare services, preferably within ENT or Dermatology.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Knowledge of NHS service standards and policies.
  • Experience in pathway and waitlist management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field.
