Post of Receptionist / Administrator

37.5 hours over 4 days

Salary: £13.56 per hour

Applications are invited for the post of Receptionist / Administrator.

Waverley Medical Practice is a friendly and progressive GP Practice with a reputation for innovation and person-centered care. We are a large, high achieving, busy practice, consisting of approximately 23,0000 patients, working from custom built, Health Board owned premises in Coatbridge. We are a 7 GP Partnership, supported by 5 Salaried GPs, 2 Advanced Nurses, 3 Practice Nurses and an experienced administrative team. We are a Paperless Practice that use Vision and DOCMAN.

We are looking to recruit a hard-working, enthusiastic and motivated Receptionist/Administrator to join our administration team. The successful candidate will contribute to the smooth running of an extremely busy reception area where attention to detail is paramount. Duties will include reception and telephone cover, prescription administration, patient record summarising, dealing with medical reports et al.

Previous General Practice experience is preferred.
