Location: Epsom, KT17 4NL (Surrey)

Starting Salary: £27,000.00 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday–Friday

Job Overview
To provide comprehensive administrative support to the Family Building Society Product team, ensuring that product information, documentation, records, and monitoring data are accurately maintained and kept up to date.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Product team.
- Maintaining and updating spreadsheets, records, databases and monitoring logs.
- Supporting product launches, withdrawals and changes by updating internal records and documentation.
- Checking product information for accuracy and highlighting any errors or missing details.
- Maintaining product documentation, governance records and audit trails.
- Supporting reporting and data checks to help the team monitor product activity.
- Updating internal systems and sourcing systems to make sure product details are accurate.
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, recording actions and following up on outstanding tasks.
- Supporting internal communications and liaising with colleagues across the business.
- Monitoring the Product team inbox, responding to routine queries and escalating more complex queries where needed.
- Looking for ways to improve administrative processes and keep records accurate and efficient.
Experience
- Experience in an administrative role, ideally involving records, spreadsheets or databases.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Confidence using multiple systems and keeping information up to date.
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage your workload.
- A proactive approach to checking information, spotting issues and escalating concerns.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with colleagues across different teams.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A flexible approach and the ability to adapt when priorities change.
Desirable Experience:
- Experience working in financial services, particularly mortgages or savings.
- Experience reviewing product, customer or marketing documents.
- An understanding of the importance of working accurately in a regulated environment.
- Experience building effective working relationships with internal teams or external partners.
