Experienced Dental Receptionist, with a possible extra role as an Administrator – Join Our Friendly & Modern Private Practice in Surrey

We are looking for a professional, organised, and enthusiastic part time (3 days) Dental Receptionist, to join our beautiful 3-surgery private dental practice in the heart of Chertsey, Surrey. We are also open to a part nursing position within this role and also possible social media and admin role would be considered.

MUST HAVE DENTAL EXPERIENCE

Our state-of-the-art, boutique clinic offers a full range of treatments, from general dentistry and periodontics to facial aesthetics and dental implants. As our practice continues to grow, we’re looking for a dedicated receptionist/administrator to ensure our patients receive a smooth and exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the door. Having a nursing qualification would help support staff too but is not essential.

About the Role:

· Be the first friendly face patients see, delivering excellent customer service both in person and over the phone

· Manage the front desk, patient bookings, appointment scheduling, and enquiries

· Handle administrative tasks including patient records, payments, recalls, and correspondence

· Support nervous patients with a calm, reassuring, and professional manner

· Help grow the business through excellent patient communication, treatment co-ordination, retention, and supporting practice initiatives

· Be part of a luxury clinic that has proudly served the local community for nearly 20 years

possible additional roles:

Social media role:

This can be done either from home or at the clinic. If the social media brings in lots of new patients, we can extend this role.

For this we would expect:

  • Instagram: 4 posts a week, daily stories, and reels as and when
  • Facebook
  • One short blog a month
  • Work with the SOE campaign manager to target existing patients
  • Run and create engaging content for the clinic’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram and TikTok)

Compliance role:

Also, an option for an extra day in the clinic a month to complete audits and help the practice manager to keep on top of our compliance.

· Assist with compliance and practice management administration to ensure smooth daily operations

(Potential to grow into a practice manager role longer term possible).

We are looking for a friendly, highly motivated individual to bring their experience in the service industry to our team and deliver excellent customer care in your career as a Receptionist/Dental nurse/Additional role position.
