Full job description

We are seeking a dedicated Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Chiropractor in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of the chiropractic clinic. You will be a proactive member of the TrueBlue Chiropractic team and an advocate for Chiropractic care. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into the role and develop this as a career.

Hours:

Monday, Tuesday, Friday 1PM - 5PM

Thursday 2PM - 7PM

Responsibilities:

- Managing patient flow in the clinic

- Use of dairy management software (PracticeHub)

- Ensuring patient intake forms are completed

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic

- Participation in team meetings

- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records

- Answering phone calls, as required

- Other administration, as required

- Handle patient queries and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

- Computer literate

- Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude towards patients

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- happy/ able to work on your feet/ standing for up to 5 hours

- can drive/ own means of transport

- First-Aid Certified (desirable)

- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is desirable

Pay: £12.75-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 17.0 per week
