Full job description

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Medical Secretary to provide an efficient, effective and quality support service to Falkirk Integrated Mental Health Service.

You will have previous experience in a similar post, preferably, within a healthcare setting including fast accurate word processing skills using medical terminology and an HNC (or equivalent). Excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to the challenges of this role are essential.

To meet the needs of the service, successful applicants may be required to work in a variety of locations when necessary.

The post holder will have standard grade English and good IT skills or equivalent work experience in an office/administrative environment.
