New Private Dermatology Clinic – Hampton-in-Arden, Solihull TSIC Birmingham Ltd is looking for two friendly, reliable and professional Receptionist / Healthcare Assistants to join our new private dermatology clinic. Location: Old Station Road, Hampton-in-Arden, Solihull

Contract: PAYE zero-hours contract with statutory holiday entitlement Hours: Flexible, according to clinic requirements Clinic opening: October 2026

The Role This is a varied, hands-on position combining reception, general clinic support and routine cleaning duties.

Responsibilities include:

*Welcoming patients and managing reception

* Basic administrative duties

* Opening and closing the clinic and holding clinic keys

* Preparing consultation rooms

* Basic HCA/clinical assistance where appropriately trained

* Acting as a clinical chaperone once appropriately trained

* Tea/coffee and general day-to-day clinic duties

* Routine cleaning before and after clinic sessions and as required during the day

* Keeping reception, consultation rooms, kitchenette and general clinic areas clean, tidy and hygienic -Applicants should be comfortable with cleaning duties as an integral part of the role.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Is:

* Trustworthy, punctual and reliable

* Able to travel reliably to Hampton-in-Arden

* Comfortable holding clinic keys and working independently

* Friendly and professional with patients

* Well organised with good communication skills

* Flexible regarding clinic days and hours

* Willing to undertake appropriate clinical chaperone training

* Previous HCA/healthcare experience is desirable but not essential

* Availability during September to assist with clinic setup, deliveries and general preparation would be advantageous

*Previous experience in phlebotomy or as an HCA would be highly desirable.

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
