Front of House / Receptionist – Private Healthcare Clinic
Location: Balham
Salary: from £25,000 per year (DOE) + bonus scheme
Contract: Permanent, Full Time / weekend hours required

The Role
We are seeking well-presented, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Front of House team members to join our friendly clinics. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career in a dynamic and supportive healthcare company.
As the first point of contact for patients, you will ensure every visitor receives a warm welcome and outstanding service, while also promoting our treatments, products, and membership plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a professional and friendly welcome to all patients and visitors
- Act as the first point of contact for enquiries (in person, phone, email)
- Promote and explain treatments, memberships, and products
- Support patients with dental treatment coordination and service information
- Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks (data entry, filing, scanning, mail)
- Keep the reception area clean, organised, and presentable
- Contribute positively to the wider clinic team and patient journey
About You
- Previous customer service experience (healthcare not required – retail, hospitality or other industries welcome)
- Confident, approachable, and well-presented
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable using IT systems and MS Office (Word & Excel) – training provided on in-house systems
- Flexible, proactive, and eager to learn in a growing business
- A true team player with a positive “can-do” attitude
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience in a supervisory or managerial role (e.g., Reception Manager, Clinic Manager) – opportunities available for senior applicants
