Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Medical Secretary/Social Media Content Manager to join our healthcare practice. This dual-role position involves providing administrative support within the medical environment while managing and creating engaging content for our social media platforms. The ideal candidate will possess excellent office experience, strong organisational skills, and a flair for verbal and digital communication. The role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to patient care and enhance our online presence through creative content management.

Duties

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling correspondence
  • Assisting medical staff with daily operations and ensuring smooth clinic workflows
  • Managing social media accounts by planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content that reflects the practice’s values and services
  • Responding to online enquiries and engaging with followers in a professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring confidentiality of patient information in compliance with data protection regulations
  • Coordinating with the team to organise promotional campaigns or health awareness initiatives on digital platforms
  • Monitoring social media analytics to evaluate content performance and optimise future posts
  • Assisting with general office duties such as filing, data entry, and telephone reception as required

Experience

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing is highly desirable
