Join our team today! We are excited to offer an amazing opportunity to join our growing team as a full-time dental receptionist. We are seeking an experienced individual with a professional demeanour and a growth mindset, to contribute to our practice's success.

Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management: Efficiently manage appointment schedules for the clinicians.
  • Patient Liaison: Interact with patients in person and over the phone, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing necessary information.
  • Payment Handling: Process payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Phone Management: Answer and direct phone calls professionally, maintaining a courteous and helpful demeanour.
  • Patient Journey: Ensure a seamless experience for patients from arrival to departure, addressing any queries promptly.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the dental practice.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Prior experience in a dental receptionist role is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication skills.
  • Professional, confident and personable manner, both in person and over the phone.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Customer Service: Commitment to providing exceptional customer service to patients.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
