Full job description

We are looking for an receptionist to join our team preferably with dental receptionist/nurse experience, but not essential. We are a busy Private well regarded referral practice that is not a corporate. At Carisbrook we have 6 modern surgeries and a beautiful working environment. .

We believe in providing a wholesome working environment where we can all reach our full potential and achieve the best for our patients. Therefore a happy and well supported team is our priority.

Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications. We offer additional benefits including paid indemnity, online CDP courses, annual BLS training, staff outings, heavily subsidised dental treatment.

Looking for the following skills:

  • Previous experience as a dental receptionist would be an advantage
  • Previous experience as a dental nurse but not essential
  • IT skills (good working knowledge of Microsoft office word and excel, desirable experience with SOE)
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and team player
  • Good communication skills in English

Job responsibilities will include the following:

  • Answering calls and scheduling appointments
  • Working with a CRM to log patient leads
  • Liaising with the dental labs
  • Responding to patient emails and queries
  • Patient enquiries including managing emails (working with reception staff)
  • Other enquiries and administrative tasks

Part time position with hours to be agreed

Wages to be agreed from £12.71 per upwards for the right candidate
