Patient Services Team Member

Woodbrook Medical Centre – Loughborough

Woodbrook Medical Centre, a friendly and welcoming GP practice in the heart of Loughborough, is looking to recruit a Patient Services Team Member to join our dedicated team.

We pride ourselves on providing high-quality care in a supportive, approachable environment, and we are seeking someone who shares our commitment to excellent patient service.

About the Role

As a Patient Services Team Member, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience within the practice.

Your duties will include:

  • Greeting patients and dealing with enquiries in person and over the telephone
  • Booking appointments and managing patient records
  • Providing administrative support to clinicians and the wider team
  • Maintaining confidentiality and delivering a high standard of customer care

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A friendly, professional, and compassionate approach
  • Ability to work in a busy environment and as part of a team
  • Good organisational and IT skills
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or healthcare role is desirable but not essential

Working Hours

We can offer a degree of flexibility with working hours; however, the role will include participation in an early/late rota.
