Dental Receptionist (2 Positions Available) - Fully Private Dental Practice | Leeds

Are you an experienced, organised and friendly Dental Receptionist looking to join a modern, fully private dental practice where your hard work is recognised and rewarded?

The Tooth Spa is looking for two enthusiastic Dental Receptionists to become part of our growing team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional patient experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our busy practice.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming patients with a friendly and professional manner
  • Managing appointments using Dentally
  • Answering telephone and email enquiries
  • Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records
  • Supporting dentists, hygienists and the wider practice team
  • Promoting and explaining our dental membership plans to patients
  • Ensuring the reception area is organised, welcoming and efficient
  • Delivering an exceptional patient journey from start to finish

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist is essential
  • Experience using Dentally is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
  • A positive, reliable and professional attitude
  • Confidence working in a busy environment
  • A genuine passion for providing outstanding patient care

Working Hours

We are recruiting for two positions, covering the following shifts:

Position 1

  • Monday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
  • Tuesday: 9:00am – 7:00pm
  • Wednesday: 9:00am – 9:00pm

Position 2

  • Thursday: 9:00am – 9:00pm
  • Friday: 9:00am – 8:00pm
  • Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm

Additional hours may be available to cover annual leave and sickness where required.
