Dental Receptionist – Full Time/part

Ashley Down Dental Care, Gloucester Road, Bristol

Join our modern 5-surgery dental practice with a great team, friendly patients, and excellent facilities!

We’re looking for a motivated Dental Receptionist to join our thriving, independent practice.
We offer both general and cosmetic treatments using the latest dental technology.
Located on Bristol’s vibrant Gloucester Road, we’re easily accessible by bus or bike, and just 10 minutes from the city centre and M4/M5.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming patients and delivering outstanding front-of-house service
  • Managing appointments and patient records (SOE experience an advantage)
  • Communicating clearly and professionally with patients and colleagues
  • Supporting the clinical team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

About You

  • Friendly, reliable, and professional
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Confident using computers and managing a busy diary
  • Handling money accurately and using computer systems for receptionist tasks such as bookings, records, and general administration.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Previous dental or reception experience desirable but not essential
